I PICK MIND CONTROL
I would totally want to control peoples minds.. I would only use my power for good not evil.... I would never ever use it on anyone in my life like friends family or coworkers. I would begin by creating peace throughout the world... Expose all dirty politicians and force them into a life of truth and honesty... Fix the world in a sense.... That could be fun...

Sad Face
So this is starting to get frustrating... and sucks big time... Phil and I have been looking at houses for months now... We have put bids in on THREE!! Count them... THREE houses and we haven't gotten a single one.... People are actually paying cash above the sale amount.... How are we ever supposed to have a chance at one with that kind of thing happening... Phil and I dont have 50 grand or more just laying around so we can invest in a property... We struggle and survive and want a starter house.... Maybe God has a bigger plan and our perfect house in mind but I sure wish he'd show it to us soon... We'd love to have one before I leave in 6 weeks.... GRRR... I just want one to work out for us... I actually really liked this one we just lost too... Guess Im gonna have to do some research and see what I can do to fix this... and soon....
since i dont want to be a complete downer Ill end this post with the fact that I got a penguin today.. He is a cute little stress ball in the shape of a penguin.. Got him from Promega and he is in my office sitting on my desk content as could be... Love him hahaha oh I also got a free shirt but the penguin is way cooler hahah

The List: day 20
20. Describe 3 significant memories from your childhood
1) I remember when Dad used to be on the maintenance committee at Church... He would go over on the weekends to fix stuff and I'd go along... Most of the time he'd start out letting me help.. I'd hold stuff hand him stuff or sit and pretend to listen... Eventually I'd get bored and end up going up to the pulpit with a hymn book in my hand then proceed to go through it and belt out every song I recognized haha... I couldn't possibly have been good cause I've never been a great singer but I like doing it and hopefully God appreciated the effort haha. My poor dad had to listen to it... all the time hahahah He sure is a good sport! I was in the middle of one of these "concerts" when I met Father Fred for the first time. He came in to drop off stuff and introduced himself to Dad and I... I don't think he'll ever let me live that one down hahaha
2) I remember cooking with Mom... We'd cook at home and for the church... Every year there was this big Knights of Columbus breakfast and mom was always asked to cook for it. We'd go to Chief in Bryan and get all the ingredients then head to the school basement where we would proceed to cook. We made gravy and biscuits, eggs, all kinds of stuff... There were these big huge pots that we'd make the gravy in it held gallons which always amazed me hahah. Go figure, my mom cooking for a crowd (with our family thats a normal occurrence our family is huge haha) Anyway there was a bunch of women who would come help serve breakfast and one time we were prepping that morning and one of the ladies asked mom and I to sing for her and so we did... "Will the Circle be Unbroken" I never forgot that... I love my mom
3) HAHA ok this one is for Teresia.... There was this time when T came over to play with me when we were younger... We got the bright idea to go over to the school yard to play that way we didnt break anything at home or get in my parents way... So we grab a frisbee and head over where we proceed to play in the small area between the school and the old convent which was being occupied by the Petersons at the time. Anyway a few minutes into it T throws the frisbee to me, it goes severely off course and it breaks a window hahaha... yea yea I know you saw that coming... but anyway We had to go get my dad, he bought a new window and replaced it.... Right out of my allowance fund hahaha Love you Teresia!!!

The List: Day 19
19. If you could live anywhere, where would it be and why?
Realistically... Near my parents and family but still near a city so maybe a suburb of Toledo. Although Im really liking the Cincinnati area so maybe if I can convince my parents to move down here it'd be perfect hahaha... I can make any place a home though so wherever Phil and I end up will be the perfect place....
Unrealistically.... ITALY!!! I would love to learn Italian and live on a hillside in a vineyard growing my own food and buying breads from local markets... I would love the view and cherish every day... I would spend the weekends traveling through the countryside and seeing the tourist attractions but I would come home to my own villa somewhere where the neighbors are kind and the food is good hahaha

The list: Day 18
18. What has been the most difficult thing you have had to forgive?
I have had to forgive myself for my shortcomings.... Every time I let myself down I hold on to it... for a long time... it takes time and I'm not very good at it.... I still have trouble forgetting or letting go so I feel like this is a continuing struggle for me... One that I will continue to work at as time goes on....
